1. Scope

This policy is available to current and former staff, contractors, clients, vendors, and the general public. It covers concerns about accounting practices, audit matters, ethics, fraud, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, conflicts of interest, regulatory non-compliance, and breaches of our written policies.

2. Confidentiality

All reports are treated as confidential to the maximum extent consistent with a thorough investigation and applicable law.

3. Anonymous Reporting

You may submit a report anonymously. Anonymous reports limit our ability to follow up for clarification but do not change our obligation to investigate substantive concerns.

4. How to Report

Email info@troyaccounting.net with subject "Whistleblower Report" or use postal mail to our principal office addressed "Confidential, Compliance Officer". Reports requiring escalation may also be directed to applicable regulators (SEC, IRS, state attorneys general).

5. Investigation

We acknowledge reports within 5 business days, investigate diligently, and where appropriate, communicate the outcome to the reporter while preserving any privacy obligations to subjects of the report.

6. Non-Retaliation

Retaliation against any person making a good-faith report is strictly prohibited and is itself a violation subject to discipline up to and including termination.

7. False Reports

Reports made in bad faith, with knowledge of falsity, or for the purpose of harassment may themselves result in discipline.
