1. Our Commitment
We design and build this website with accessibility as a primary consideration, not an afterthought. We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium.
2. Conformance Status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively closing remaining gaps.
3. Features
Skip-to-content link on every page; semantic HTML5 landmarks (header, nav, main, footer); ARIA labels on interactive controls; visible focus indicators throughout; color contrast meeting AA standards; respect for prefers-reduced-motion; descriptive link text; alt attributes on all informative images.
4. Compatibility
Tested with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, paired with VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA (Windows), and JAWS (Windows). Keyboard-only navigation supported throughout.
5. Known Issues
PDF documents authored before 2026 may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We are remediating older PDFs and accept requests for accessible alternatives. Some embedded third-party tools may not meet AA in all areas.

7. Assessment Approach
We use a combination of self-evaluation, automated testing (axe-core, Lighthouse), and manual review with assistive technologies on a quarterly cycle. Major releases receive a pre-launch accessibility review.
