1. Designated Agent
DMCA notices should be sent to: Troy Accounting, Attn: DMCA Agent, email info@troyaccounting.net with subject "DMCA Notice".
2. Required Information
A valid DMCA notice must include: (a) physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient information to locate it; (d) your contact information (address, phone, email); (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
3. Counter-Notification
If we remove content in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are repeat infringers.
5. False Claims
Submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under § 512(f).
